What Are the 2022 Hyundai IONIQ 5 Engine Specs and Features? 

The 2022 Hyundai IONIQ 5 employs a 77.4-kWh battery pack with a pair of powertrain layouts – a single rear-wheel drive electric motor layout and a more powerful all-wheel drive dual-motor layout. Armed with a single, high-output electric motor, the Hyundai IONIQ 5 will make 225 horsepower and 258 pound-feet of torque. Dual-motor Hyundai IONIQ 5 entries will make 320 horsepower and 446 pound-feet of torque with the ability to go from zero to 60 mph in less than 5.0 seconds. Single-motor models are expected to have a driving range of 300 miles on a single charge, while the dual-motor IONIQ 5 will provide a 269-mile range. Hyundai IONIQ 5 models can support 400-volt and 800-volt charging sources. 

The spacious and customizable interior design of the 2022 Hyundai IONIQ 5 is loaded with next-generation features that are highlighted by a 12-inch touchscreen infotainment system and 12-inch digital instrument display with access to Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Hyundai SmartSense driver-assistance systems are a standard fixture that will help keep you and your family safe on the road.
