Hunter was able to assist me with my appointment even though I brought my vehicle in a day early. He had no issue with getting me taken care of and made me feel appreciated.
I can always count on the service department to get my car fixed in the time promised. John is very dependable. I am a little frustrated with the receptionist department. They are not always as cordial as I think they should be. I also can't believe that oil changes need to be booked more than 10 days in advance. I'd like to see that remedied. Keep up the great work service dept.
I have used this dealer for over 10 yrs and am usually quite satisfied with the service. This time I had a question on on a comparable dealers discounted price for the same service and my service adviser checked into it for me and got me an adjustment to my satisfaction. I also bought my vehicle there and was happy with the deal we worked out.

Went thru Internet sales and was very pleased.. Also, service department was excellent... I would most definitely recommend San Tan Hyundai.. So far we have not had any issues with them..

Generally I have had so-so service at this dealer. However this time my service rep was great. He was very friendly and went out of his way to do everything well and called me when it was done. I even got a free car wash! Thanks!
