Wow, great experience at San Tan Hyundai. No pressure sales tactics here. My sales person, Jay S was willing to show me all the vehicles that fit what I was looking for while I was undecided. He made a great suggestion for a Hybrid Sonata (which I hadn't even considered) and I ended up loving the car! The sales staff at San Tan Hyundai worked with me to find a plan that worked for me and reviewed all the features of my vehicle after the purchase. I love my new Hyundai Sonata Limited Hybrid - great dealership.

I have bought two cars from San Tan Hyundai and had three Hyundai's serviced from San Tan Hyundai's Service Department over the past six years.  They have always been highly professional and pleasant to work with.  The sales staff (Corey Strycker), service department (Rob Johnson) and parts department (John McCracken) are all very competent, knowledgeable and very friendly.

I called San Tan Hyundai and expressed concern that their online review was less than stellar.  I wanted to bring my vehicle for service.  They indicated "Difficult to keep every one happy"  I was taken that there was no 'Defense' speech or bashing of reviewers.  I own a small business myself and can see how it will be pretty much impossible to get a 5 star recognition, unless of course you "Manage" it.  On line transactions are an exception.  Facets of service are limited to prompt delivery of goods and items not received broken.  Now,  if I see a walk in business boasting a 5 star position I get highly suspicious.  Most unsolicited reviews are done by unhappy people.  

Well,  not this one.

I had the occasion of bringing my vehicle to San Tan Hyundai service more than once.  Pattern of courtesy and help remained at super high level all visits.  Each time an advisor came out to greet me even before I had gotten out of my vehicle.  Discussion of items needing attention was  super simple.  One stroke of ink on a paper and I was ready to go with a loaner.  Simplicity duplicated when I returned for pick up.  I saw the cashier once, Sam.  Her attitude on a Saturday was unbelievably bubbly.  I observed and noted,  pretty much every one appeared to be infected with that enthusiasm.  Most of the repairs were done under warranty but charges for non covered maintenance were super low.

I have been to other Hyundai dealers across the country with my 2011 Equus ( Phenomenal Car).  Unfortunately not every one performed at a 5 star level.

Purchased my first Hyundai new in 2004 and was extremely pleased with both the car and the service provided.. However, my needs have changed and it was time to find a new vehicle that fit the changes. So, I did my research on line and found the vehicle, another Hyundai, which met my requirements and price range. The car I wanted was at San Tan Hyundai. I dealt with Mike Rigney, San Tan's internet manager and drove out in my new car within 3 hours. Mike was a superior representative...friendly without being so sweet as to make my teeth hurt.....knowledgeable without making me feel like an idiot.... willing to patiently explain all the facets of my new car...and most importantly, NOT PUSHY! I was also pleased with the treatment I received from the finance department and the ladies at the front desk. My thanks to you all for an extremely positive experience!

I called San Tan Hyundai and spoke with Jason Dunlap. I told him exactly what I was looking for and if he would be able to help. He said he would and asked when we could come down. Within two hours, my wife and I were at San Tan Hyundai and speaking to Jason Dunlap. He remembered what we had discussed, showed us what we wanted to see, closed the deal and were driving home two hours from the time we had entered the dealership. That was record time for us. Even the finance officer, Chuck Perkins, was a pleasure to deal with. He was informative and helpful. I would highly recommend doing business with Jason Dunlap and Chuck Perkins.

Came in because of a pre-owned vehicle I saw online. The deal looked decent so I decided to take a look. We dealt with RUSTY LOW and he was extremely helpful during my purchasing experience. He did his very best to make sure I got a price I was comfortable with and made the sale very low pressure. He is extremely military friendly so if you've served, this is the guy to go to! I decided to take the car and have been extremely happy with the price point I got. Rusty made sure we were taken care of and I was in and out within two hours. I had the BEST experience here today. Jay Johnson was great and got me in the perfect car and the finance department worked out an amazing deal for me. As a first time car buyer and college student, I wasn't expecting to get a great deal but this is the place to go.  I couldn't be happier, and had by far the best experience I have had at any dealership. Would recommend San Tan Hyundai to anyone who is looking for an affordable car!

I loved my experience at San Tan Hyundai. Jarrod was attentive, respectful and worked diligently to provide my family with the best deal. We are, now, the proud owners of the sonata hybrid and absolutely love it! We began our search for a new car by applying through the Earnhardt "Mr. Ed" financing department. This process was quick and easy but above all very clear and honest. Once the financing was in place the search for the perfect fit began! Our contact at the Earnhardt Ford location in Tempe really listened to what our needs were, we walked the lot and when nothing there fit what we were looking for he reached out to the other Earnhardt locations! Within about a half hour we found the car we were looking for and we were sent over to see "Papa John" at San Tan Hyundai. The level of excellent service continued at this location as well. We were greeted, took a test drive, got all questions answered, went over options and had a great experience purchasing a pre-owned Cadillac from their lot. This is truly a high class, low pressure organization! The first gentleman we spoke with put it perfectly when he said their goal was for us to find OUR car, not THEIR car. We will see you again in the future!!

We were in the market for a newer, used import for our daughter to drive. We located a vehicle on the San Tan Hyundai website. We sent our first inquiry via email. The response was immediate! Jason confirmed that they had the vehicle on their lot and invited my daughter and I down to inspect and test drive the vehicle. Kudos to Jason and Gary (Internet Sales Team) and Ted (Finance Department). The San Tan Hyundai "TEAM" were kind, courteous - very professional. When we encountered a small hiccup in the loan approval process, San Tan Hyundai collectively stepped up to the plate and went well beyond what was required of them in order to bring the deal to fruition.
